Refund Policy

1. Membership Fees

• Full Oversight Program: Memberships are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period. If you cancel within 14 days of signing up, you will receive a full refund.

• Event Access: Event fees are refundable if canceled at least 7 days before the event date.

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

2. We will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

• Membership fees after the 14-day cooling-off period.

• Event fees canceled less than 7 days before the event.
